About

Hi,
I am Santosh Mallah, a PhD student at the department of mechanical engineering, IIT Bombay, India. I will be submitting my PhD thesis by the end of this year, 2021. During my PhD, I have worked on exploring flight dynamics of a dragonfly numerically (using OpenFoam, Ansys-Fluent) and experimentally (using particle image velocimetry, flow visualization). The motivation behind the study is to improve the flight performance of Drones/MAVs/UAVs taking inspiration from dragonfly flight. Recently, I have started implementing machine learning tools (in particular deep learning tools) in my research area of fluid mechanics.

My Skills are as follows:
CFD Simulation
Particle Image Velocimetry
Water Tunnel Testing
Aerodynamics
Micro-aerial vehicles
OpenFOAM
ANSYS
MATLAB
Machine Learning
Deep Learning

Furthermore, I lead a team of experts who are PhD graduates from various IITs across India to speed up the project completion and handle projects from other disciplines if required.
Therefore, I can help my clients with CFD simulations problems on fluid mechanics and heat transfer, MATLAB Coding.
Thank you
