- Design and Manufacturing of an All-terrain Vehicle (ATV)ARES-II:团队Captain April'19 - March'20
Lead the team in procurement, manufacturing and integration of subsystem of the vehicle. Designed the chassis of
the vehicle using Solidworks software. Analyzed the ATV rollcage dynamically using Altair Hypermesh and Radioss
as a solver. Incharge of fabricating the chassis using proper jigs and fixtures.
Achievements: The vehicle bragged 7 awards and was ranked overall 3rd out of 80 Indian teams in ATVC-2020
held at Vadodara and overall 11th out of 120 teams in BAJA-2020 held at Indore.
ARES-I: Team Vice Captain March'18 - March'19
Assisted in designing and manufacturing the chassis and performed DFMEA to improve the design. Supervised and
trained the junior team members during the manufacturing process. Successfully managed procurement of raw
materials, OEM parts involved during the whole project.
Achievements: The vehicle ranked overall 19th and was awarded second best engineering design out of 80 teams
which participated in BAJA-2019 held at IIT-Ropar.
ASURA-III: Team Member Aug'17 - Feb'18
Gained knowledge in understanding the working and functions of the subsystems and parts of an ATV. Assisted in
fabrication of the entire vehicle by performing operations like cutting, grinding, tube notching, lathe-turning, etc.
