My responsibilities encompassed detailing the concept, overseeing prototyping, and managing the manufacturing process. I collaborated closely with a patent lawyer to ensure our design received proper protection.
  
  Unfortunately, due to insufficient funding, the decision was made to temporarily pause the business operations. However, during my tenure, I played a crucial role in advancing the development of the milking equipment, demonstrating my expertise in engineering and commitment to translating concepts into tangible products.
• Engineering Project ManagerSPX Flow·Full-timeJun 2018 – Jan 20223 yrs 7 mosCrawley, England, United KingdomAs a Prince2 qualified Project Manager working in the Food and Beverage industry and I managed factory design and build from the customer sales handover all the way to completion of the project. I had 2.5 years of direct project management responsibility managing a portfolio up to €10M. Prior to having a reporting project team, I worked internationally onsite managing and commissioning large €20M+ milk powder factories for 12 months. This experience taught me the sheer scale and size of complicated industrial machinery and the troubleshooting involved to get these factories running on time. Working in a worldwide engineering organisation has made working with all cultures and ages the norm, as a Project Manager I needed great listening and communication skills to lead technical conversations with fitters and welders onsite to Senior Directors in the office.
