I have a BA in Geography emphasis in GIS and CAD, 2 years of engineering education as well. GIS certificate. I have been working for a major power company until December 2017 when I ventured off on my own to work in CAD full time with my own firm. I have a good understanding of what is needed in the field, and I can communicate very well with engineers. I have experience in AutoCAD, ARAMIS, and Byers programs, and I'm self-taught REVIT. I'm an illustrator/graphic designer by trade, and that comes in very handy when I need to go into CAD to design concepts or draft engineering layouts.
