WHO I AM? I was born in Istanbul/Beyoglu on (hidden).(hidden).(hidden). My education life has been in Istanbul and is continuing. I started my undergraduate education in Marmara Uni. in 2005. The same year my work life started part time in ARC Design a firm that does product design. The past 9 years i have been working as a designer in different countries and firms. Some of these are Defne Engineering (Istanbul), Turklift (Ankara), Mega Teknik (Ankara), HS Engineering (Mongolia- Russia). Meanwhile I have been working on freelance design too. Till this day I have done the product design and the conceptual design of over 500 products that have been manufactured. Some of these are considerably valuable while the others are small products. Following that, I designed mining and concrete pumping machines for more than three years. Reading Technical Drawing I specialize in part drawing and 3D Modeling. Creating cut lists for laser and plasma, sheet metal, or surface parts. Design is one of my strong suits. Working as a team, I can prepare technical documents that the welder and CNC operator can define and manufacture. The design of injection molds for metals and aluminum is something I am proficient at. I can provide service for the female and male separation of the mold, the design of the core, what the mold elements will be, and the creation of the technical drawings of the mold elements for production. First, I make all the checks of the 3d data you have according to the technical drawing, if it is a drawing that cannot come out of the mold, I create the molding process by mutual negotiations, then removed the mold separation line and create the female and male of the mold in 3d environment. I draw and file the technical drawing of each element of the mold separately. If you would like to 3d presentation file, I could prepare it for you. I am a mechanical engineer graduated from a well known university in Turkey (METU). I have been working as a mechanical engineer for more than 10 years. I have worked as a design engineer (tactical wheeled armoured vehiscles) in Defence Industry and Project engineer in Energy Industry. I am using Catia, Autocad, UG everyday and prepare 3D-2D drawings and drafts for manufacturing. Also I have been interesting in graphic design. I am using Illustrator and Photoshop in advanced level.
