Casting simulation and runner and gating system for castings analysis in Magma software. Solid works, NX CAD, Auto CAD, Click 2 cast, Keyshot tools are used for 3D modelling and simulation. Concept design, GA drawing, Proposals and DFMA feasibility are study also a part. Sheet metal design and development drawing are also prepared. Surface development and reverse engineering of a product is also a part. Top down and bottom up assembly modelling are also a part of SPM. 我是一个B.E.机械工程研究生1+ years of experience as Design Draft Man in a Machine Manufacturing company. Main design software used in my previous job include SolidWorks and AutoCAD. With SolidWorks, I used to design new machines from scratch, developed existing design for higher efficiency, supplied BOM for cost estimation and material purchase, drafted GD&T based Drawings for manufacturing units, Rendered the machine design and Simulated them to test specific mechanisms. With AutoCAD, I used to create Sheet Metal Nesting files, which are necessary for Laser Cutting. In addition to design, I also used to govern the Production flow in manufacturing unit and involved in quality checking. All of these are done along with maintaining proper documentation.
