Few of the projects are: 1. Air (Fluid) flow analysis of a ceiling fan for different blade designs and optimisation for uniform air distribution using CFD. Noise analysis using air pressure generated on the fan blades. Structural analysis for stresses and deformation caused at full RPM 2. Brake disc and pad assembly analysis - stress analysis, NVH analysis for different system parameters 3. Injection mold design - Filling, packing, warping and cooling analysis of a polymer (plastic) product.
