我am KP Harisankar (B.Tech Mechanical Production Engineering). Completed my degree during the academic year 2014-15 from Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering affiliated under Kerala University (INDIA). I completed a master certificate course on computer aided tool engineering (MCTE) from Central Institute of Tool Design (CITD), Hyderabad, India. PROJECTS COMPLETED 1) BTech Project - Modification of Al-Si alloys using modifiers such as Strontium to improve its mechanical properties.Performed the project at CSIR-NIIST (National Institute of Interdisciplinary Science and Technology)Thiruvananthapuram. 2) MCTE Project - Design and manufacturing of Gas stove regulator. Pro-E creo parametric 3.0 was used for modeling the product.The Die was manufactured using conventional machining method and performed Plasting Injection Moulding to produce the final product.Polypropylene was used as the raw material for injection. 3) Modeled a project funded by Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) at CITD using Catia V5. The project is in manufacturing stage and will be released in the market within few months. 4) I am working on my project to prevent Helmet theft. CAD models are prepared.

Amazed by the aesthetic designs and working of various machinery, from as small as a watch to huge robotic manipulators, I joined my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 2018. Soon after, I started exploring the domain of design and instantly fell in love with it. I tried to model whatever we learned in class, the various rigid mechanisms and joints. After 2years of working, during the month of March 2021, I secured a runner-up position and second prize in FusionHack a design hackathon conducted by Autodesk. I have also participated in other design competitions too. Recently I started working as a freelancer in Upwork and Fiveer and help some local and international clients get what they desire. Always up for challenging designs and models, I hope to work on lots of new complex designs that can further improve my skillset.
