About the job
As part of the design of our Direct Air Capture of CO2 machines, we are seeking expertise and experience in designing vacuum chambers, valves and related components and technologies. In this task you will be an external consultant supporting the product engineering team at Skytree optimizing our hardware designs, leveraging your expertise, experience and knowhow in the field of vacuum technology.
In this assignment you will be working with our internal team of engineers to optimise our design with regards to our vacuum system, including the chamber, valves, the mechanical design, FEM and CFD.
You have a background in mechanical engineering and at least 5+ years experience working with vacuum systems, preferably at a supplier of vacuum system designs, vacuum chambers and vacuum valves for industrial companies, in a high volume production environment.
