你好。我一直在家具厂工作for many years. I have extensive experience as a production technologist. I know how to plan the processing and fastening of materials such as chipboard, MDF, plywood, furniture panels made of natural wood. I also have a lot of experience as a designer. I can quickly create photos of furniture for coordination and arrange furniture in a room. From time to time I create architectural designs for private houses and design projects for garden furniture and metal structures. My furniture project consists of; * 3D visualization (color pictures) *Dimensions of furniture. Drawings from different angles. * Specification of the material of the plate and fasteners. * Drawing of each panel. I will indicate all chamfers, grooves, holes for fasteners and handles, plastic tape at the end of the panel (thickness and type) * Scheme of cutting panels * DXF,DWG files for the CNC machine. Payment is hourly, but I do not turn on the timer. I try to specify in advance the time required to create a project. I've worked in Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering for the past 15+ years. I'm currently an architectural designer but also do product design, civil design, as well as furniture/interior design. Architecture (software - Auto Cad, Revit, and Chief Architect): I've design residential houses using CMU block (Florida) and also using conc. poured basement foundations with framed walls (BC, Canada). I have also designed houses with ICF construction and know current architectural standards and building codes (IRC, BCBC, CBC, etc.). A lot of the current styles I design are modern, craftsman, and Mediterranean style houses. Mechanical Engineering (software - Solid Works): I've worked several years in the mechanical design field and have worked with gears, flanges, piping, plenums, sheet metal, CNC programming, and welding/bending/tolerances. Product Design (software - Auto CAD 3D & Solid Works): I've done some work with product design, have read and researched ways products are manufactured, and have designed improvements on current product trends. I have been involved in the high end, highly detailed Kitchen and Bath Design in Los Angeles. With a background in "hands-on" design and production of detailed joinery, furniture, cabinetry, exhibition show stands, point of sale displays, boatbuilding...I got involved with kitchens about 15-16 years ago and found that I had a knack for space planning and detail. Starting out in Sydney, Australia...we then moved to LA whereby I worked in a few of the best kitchen studios around.
