Description:
Hello,我am looking for someone to have the STL files converted into Fusion360 and some modifications made
The original model iswww.thingiverse.com/thing:1559232
"The Venus box"
我am looking to have the "cam" file modified so the base is a toothed cog that will be connected to a servo.
the "cover_3" file to be modified to add a 'base plate' to the base of the cover 130mm*130mm , the idea is the cover will be the fixed part and the movement will come form the modified cam with the cog teeth
Wants:
design details, this should be rather simple for someone skilled in Fusion 360this model is to be 3d printed
Software:
- Autodesk Fusion 360
Additional Information
Some further details, the servo will be an SG90, mounted to the base that the cover will be attached to further thought a mount would be ideal for the servo
Gears, I am not familiar with the best options and am open to suggestions, I am looking for a slow speed open and close, about 5 seconds (will be controlled from servo) so that should be taken into account.
NOTICE:
我have enough entries now, and I am currently 3D printing all entries top date.,
我don't want people to waste time now as the entries I have will likely do!
Thanks all!

Discussion
我submitted my entry but then noticed your update after the fact. Bit sad with still time left but either way its up so feel free to take a look. Everything is jointed so you can take the model apart ;)

@Myz,
as long as i can import the files to 360 so I can edit them that is fine. Need to keep the scales the same etc.
i am only learning doing tutorials on how to use 360 at the moment.

Hello. Is the servo a basic SG90 servo. What are the gear specs that you will be mating to?

Hi Thanks for the contest.
Could you give your informations about the gear to create ? Number of tooth, inner diameter, tooth shape ... ?

ifg: 30年rvice Award Pin
我am looking for someone to replicate the attached pin, or to create a close facsimile thereof. I am open to design suggestions; one of my ideas is to add three "X"s onto the pedestal of the dragon under the "IFGS"; perhaps as "xXx" or as three "X's of the same size with the center one raised at half the height of the other two "X"s. The pin is about 3 inches in height. We need 10 of these items. They are Service Awards pins for the 30th anniversary of the IFGS (www.ifgs.org). If you are willing and able to do this, I'd like a price quote and delivery schedule, please! We'd like the material to be silver, in a non-tarnish formulation if this is possible. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Sincerely, Olan Knight IFGS Society Board Member
Russian Doll Maze Variant
Hello Designers! I am looking for a variant of the "Russian Doll Maze Puzzle" on Thingiverse. Here's a little bit about the project: I run a small home business in Utah that provides 3D printing services for the local area. Lately, we've been donating our extra machine time to making these puzzles for charity (Anti-boredom bags for children in hospital waiting rooms.) They've been a massive hit among the kids, however we've been hearing that the locking mechanism is 'unsnapping' over time while the puzzle is assembled, making them inoperable. We'd like to remedy that for the future! A few required design change specifications: 1. Cylindrical instead of Octagonal 2. The maze "Locking" mechanism needs a fix. Currently, it snaps "Up" into position, however the clicking mechanism is small and wears down, resulting in older puzzles 'locking' inside because they've come undone. We're looking for innovative solutions to solve this issue (potentially rotating sideways at the end, instead of up, to add another safety mechanic) 3. Thick bottom and outer wall for embossing names, if chosen. Needs to be strong enough for children to not break with regular usage. 4. Difficulty of maze appropriate to 8 and up age levels. Dimensions overall approximately 4" height, 2 1/2" round. 1/8" to 5/16" inner wall construction (solid).
Celtic pocket watch
A 3d pendant in the shape of a pocket watch. It should come in two pieces, top and bottom. The radius shall be ca. 4 cm and the depth 1,8cm. There needs to be a 1,8 cm round hole in the top half, where a gem will be fitted. This case will be 3d printed in ceramic, so it is light enough to be carried around a ladies neck. The casing does not need to be closed, and it should follow Celtic knot designs. See attached for inspiration.
Need 3D image of ambulance designed for 3D printing
As a gift to a donor, we want to give them a 3D replica of a custom ambulance that they donated. Going to be 1:43 scale.
Design an Extraordinary Cabinet Knob or Pull
我自己的旋钮。零售内阁硬件公司网站。我want to manufacture a line of unique, 3D printed cabinet hardware. This contest is for the design for one cabinet knob or pull. However, should I find a designer whose work I like, there could be far more work following. The final knobs will be produced in metal. They will need to be strong enough for daily use, stunning to look at, and capable of being screwed into a cabinet, which means they should have a threaded screw hole capable of receiving an 8-32 screw. The knob diameter can be anywhere between 1 1/4 inches and 1 1/2 inches. Also, the final piece needs to be capable of being submitted directly to Shapeways, and conform to all of their criteria for strength, wall thickness, etc. I'm not a techie, so if I have to modify anything to upload it, the knob is never going to get made.
