Design of 3d photography studio

Need creative assistance in a floor plan design that flows well yet includes all of our needs for our upcoming second level addition. It is literally a blank slate to work with! Dimensions are approximately 32' x 26'. Addition will need to have two bedrooms, full bath and a master suite (with bath) and walk in or walk through closet. Will be able to provide a lower level sketch that shows stair location, bathroom, etc... Only requirement is that new bathrooms stay above the lower level bathroom for plumbing requirements. We have a lovely cottage lakehouse that is lacking a covered back porch. The house appears very flat and it needs character. We will only cover the back from windows 1 to 3 to include the glass door. The remaining two windows to the left will not be covered. The porch should extend the length of the deck and follow the line of the deck as it is right on the property line. We can either go through the planters or move them if we need to. The planters allow for a set back of 22 to 24 inches to allow for a proper eave. I have a contractor that can build from sight or plans. Must have metal roof. I will attach a few photos of porches that I like to the last two spots.

This product provides an added volume boost to iPhones. Ultimately, we'd like to create an audio booster accessory that plugs directly into an iPhone. You would then be able to plug your headphones into this accessory so you can listen to your music at louder levels. At most, it would be as wide as the iPhone itself. Design should look like something Apple would have designed. Something sleek. For colors, use the same colors as the iPhone 6S. I am looking for someone to model in solidworks a replica of a car already on the market. I like super cars and classic cars! The file needs to be somewhat editable in solidworks and renderable in keyshot. The contest is quite open ended, the more detail the better.

We are designing a thick gauge aluminum mailbox (0.080” aluminum (2024 or similar) front and back; ¼” (6061 or similar) lid). We are having problems finding an off-the-shelf hinge for the lid that meets our evaluation criteria (below). Lid is a thick, flat piece of aluminum, no bends. Final product will be powder-coated.
