Project Making Pattern full scale 1:1

This is one of our project making pattern full scale 1:1 in the purpose to produce mold which can eventually used for making body using dry carbon fiber reinforcement. we start by splitting the CAD body into small pieces that can fit into our CNC router. We used high density Polyurethane Foam from EasyComposites for the CNC machine next using glue to merge all parts to constitute the whole Pattern body. Applying BodyFiller, sanding the pattern in order to get smooth surface next applying few layers of Primer coat followed by the final coat of High Gloss.
