 Design of Press Tool design, Sheet metal parts design, BIW Fixtures  Aware of Tooling feasibility, Manufacturing Processes, Materials in Sheet Metal  Gathering information regarding product specification, GD&T drawing of product & designing, detailing and modifying/upgrading existing designs of tool as per Tooling Feasibility, Strength, and Defects etc.  Interact with customer and other departments for Design review and approvals.  Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD & T).  Conversant with 3D design and 2D standards of various OEMs.  Aware of various practices in applying DFMA, DFA,DFM  Non Parametric to Parametric modeling of Parts Input(IGS,STL, 3DXML,STEP,CGR)  Result oriented, with a keen eye towards perfection in delivering quality service.  Ability to serve as a good team member and effectively work towards commitment.  A good team player with strong communication, analytical, logical and problem solving skills
