HXK95 VSD Hermatic compressor of ACC brand's crankshaft's casted part's sand casting mold design.

I have developed and designed Pattern of(mold) of ACC brand's compressor's crankcase (HXK95VSD model). I have done gating feeding calculation based on the product volume and designed runner, feeder, pouring cup according to that and in order to utilize maximum size of the machine and yield, I have integrated 24 cavities in 500*400 mm dimension mold, so that in one shot we can get 24 products of HXK95VSD shaft.
