GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS The overall design solution is traditionally – monolithic for reinforced concrete structures and prefabricated wooden as persecuted basic interior architecture. The construction is designed in accordance with the criteria for ultimate and serviceability limit states in the current regulatory requirements in Bulgaria (Eurocodes). The design solution is developed with spatial constructive framework. The basic concept used in the decision is based on the construction of reinforced concrete strip foundations, two vertical reinforced concrete frames and completely wooden construction system to accommodate vertical loads and roof.
