Here is a model that I developed with an in-house Manufacturing Engineer at an OEM manufacturer. They required a better work space for storing and changing out the tools, referred to as "chucks", used in one of the machining operations. I took the engineer's rough hand-drawn sketches and made the initial assembly model. Through the review phase I completed revisions as required and the final configuration is shown including a custom table top and stand-in tools that I made for reference. Finally, I used the approved model to generate assembly and component drawings for production.
